Description

PATON ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W MAXwire is equipped with a high-quality strengthened metal 4-roller wire feeding mechanism with a powerful sealed engine which makes it possible to weld with flux-cored wire up to 3,2 mm in diameter. A universal connector of KZ-2 type “EURO” allows you to connect welding burners from a wide range of manufacturers. A powerful bracket for welding wire allows you to install coils weighing up to 15 / 18 kg. Also, the wire-feeder is equipped with two connectors for connecting liquid cooling hoses and a cable with power contacts.

PULSE FUNCTION IN ALL METHODS

  • Pulse in TIG welding – full control of heat entering the material – a great feature for welding stainless steel and acid-resistant steel,
  • Pulse in MMA – easier transfer of material from electrode to weld pool, better quality of welded joint,
  • Pulse in MIG/MAG mode – weld cleanly and precisely, without spatter. The ideal solution for stainless steel, aluminium, and CuSi3 brazing.

Semi-automatic digital inverter PATON ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W MAXwire is a professional device designed for MIG/MAG welding, MMA and TIG DC welding. The device ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W MAXwire implemented a fully digital method of control, due to which its multifunctionality and wide possibilities in precise adjustment of welding modes are ensured. Increased load duration on the nominal current up to 500А, allows working with any electrodes with a diameter from 1.6 mm to refractory 8 mm, as well as semi-automatic welding with a solid wire with a diameter from 1,2 to 2,0 mm. Thanks to the double-case design, the current source can be easily separated from the wire-weeding unit, significantly increasing the mobility and convenience of operation in MMA and TIG modes.

The ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W MAXwire model, combined with high power and performance, has a small weight and overall dimensions. And thanks to LCD screens, the device is easy and convenient to configure to solve any problem.
