PATON PowerMIG-400-15-4-400V inverter digital semi-automatic welding machine is a professional device designed for semi-automatic welding (SA “MIG/MAG”), manual arc welding (MMA), argon arc welding (TIG), direct current, in the environment of shielding gases and mixtures. The machine has a fully digital control method, which ensures its multifunctionality and wide possibilities for fine-tuning welding modes. The main feature of the PATON PowerMIG-400-15-4-400V is 100% load duration (LD) at a rated current of 400 A, which ensures continuous operation of the device without the risk of overheating. This makes it ideal for long and intensive work in production environments. The inverter allows you to work with electrodes with a diameter of 1,6 mm to 8 mm, as well as semi-automatic welding with solid wire with a diameter of 0.6 mm to 2 mm. Thanks to the double-case design, the power source can be easily separated from the wire feeder, which significantly increases mobility and ease of use in MMA and TIG modes.

 

PULSE FUNCTION IN ALL METHODS

  • Pulse in TIG welding – full control of heat entering the material – a great feature for welding stainless steel and acid-resistant steel,
  • Pulse in MMA – easier transfer of material from electrode to weld pool, better quality of welded joint,
  • Pulse in MIG/MAG mode – weld cleanly and precisely, without spatter. The ideal solution for stainless steel, aluminium, and CuSi3 brazing.

PowerMIG-400-15-4-400V is equipped with a high-quality metal 4-roller wire feeder with a powerful sealed motor, and the universal KZ-2 connector of the “EURO” type allows you to connect welding torches from a wide range of manufacturers. A powerful bracket for welding wire allows you to install coils weighing up to 15 / 18 kg. PowerMIG-400-15-4-400V model, combined with high power and performance, is lightweight and compact.
